Regulamin ogłaszania prac

  1. Acta Haematologica Polonica zamieszcza prace oryginalne z zakresu hematologii klinicznej i doświadczalnej, opisy przypadków, obowiązujące standardy postępowania terapeutycznego, prace poglądowe oraz artykuły pisane na zamówienie ze wszystkich dziedzin hematologii oraz transfuzjologii.
  2. Prace mogą być napisane zarówno w języku polskim, jak i angielskim, ale wymagane jest ich poprawne opracowane zarówno  pod względem gramatycznym, jak i stylistycznym.
  3. Maszynopis pracy powinien być przygotowany z zachowaniem podwójnego odstępu między wierszami.
  4. Prace należy przesyłać wyłącznie poprzez system ScholarOne: https://mc.manuscriptcentral.com/ahp
  5. Pierwsza strona powinna zawierać:
    • imię i nazwisko autora,
    • tytuł pracy w języku polskim i angielskim,
    • nazwę instytucji, z której praca pochodzi i nazwisko jej kierownika,
    • słowa kluczowe w języku polskim i angielskim,
    • krótkie streszczenie (nie przekraczające 200 słów) w języku polskim i angielskim.
  6. W pracach oryginalnych należy ponadto uwzględnić: a) wstęp, b) materiał i metody, c) wyniki, d) dyskusję, e) piśmiennictwo, f) podpisy pod rycinami w języku polskim i angielskim, g) tabele ponumerowane liczbami arabskimi (tytuły tabel w języku polskim i angielskim).
  7. Tabele i ryciny należy załączyć do pracy w oddzielnych plikach.
  8. Piśmiennictwo (na osobnej stronie) powinno być ułożone w kolejności cytowania i zawierać:
    • w przypadku czasopism:
      1. nazwiska i pierwsze litery imion pierwszych trzech autorów, gdy liczba autorów przekracza 6 w pozo­stałych przypadkach nazwiska i inicjały wszystkich autorów,
      2. tytuł pracy, skrót tytułu czasopisma, rok, tom, stronę początkową i końcową,
    • w przypadku wydawnictw zwartych zbiorowych:
      1. nazwiska autorów rozdziału i pierwsze litery imion,
      2. tytuł rozdziału,
      3. tytuł książki,
      4. nazwisko i pierwszą literę imienia redaktora poprzedzone skrótem  Red.,
      5. wydawnictwo,
      6. miejsce i rok wydania,
      7. pierwszą i ostatnią stronę cytowanego rozdziału.
  9. W tekście pracy należy zaznaczyć kolejną cyfrą/liczbą, umieszczoną  w nawiasie kwadratowym, powołanie na artykuł źródłowy, zamieszczony w spisie piśmiennictwa.
  10. W treści pracy musi znajdować się informacja dotycząca zgody odpowiedniej Komisji Etycznej na wykonywanie badań.
  11. Jednostki miar należy wyrażać zgodnie z Międzynarodowym Układem Miar (SI), podając równocześnie w nawiasach jednostki dotychczasowe. W tabelach należy uwzględniać wyłącznie jednostki miar w układzie SI.
  12. Pod zestawieniem piśmiennictwa należy umieścić adres pocztowy oraz adres elektroniczny Autora, na który będzie przesłana korekta.
  13. Redakcja zastrzega sobie prawo dokonywania w tekście pracy poprawek stylistycznych oraz skrótów.
  14. Korekty prac w PDF są odsyłane do Autorów pocztą elektroniczną. Otrzymaną do sprawdzenia korektę szczotkową prosimy odsyłać w czasie nie dłuższymniż 48 godzin.
Czasopismo Acta Haematologica Polonica zamieszcza  ogłoszenia  i reklamy płatne w zależności od objętości tekstu.


REQUIREMENTS  FOR  MANUSCRIPTS  SUBMITTED TO ACTA HAEMATOLOGICA POLONICA

  1. The quarterly ActaHaematologicaPolonica publishes original works in the field of clinical and research haematology, case reports, valid standards of therapeutic treatment, review papers and articles, commissioned and concerning all aspects of haematology and transfusiology.
  2. Papers may be written both in Polish and in English, and should be stylistically and grammatically faultless.
  3. The manuscript must be typed with the double-spacing throughout.
  4. Works must be send by ScholarOne system: https://mc.manuscriptcentral.com/ahp
  5. The title page should carry:
    • first name and last name of the author,
    • title of the paper in Polish and in English,
    • name of the institution the paper originates from and name of its head,
    • key words in Polish and in English,
    • short abstracts (not exceeding 200 words) in English.
  6.  Original works should also contain:
    a) introduction, 
    b) material and methods, 
    c) results, 
    d) discussion, 
    e) references, 
    f) footnotes and legends in Polish and in English, 
    g) tables numbered by Arabic numerals (table titles in Polish and in English).
  7. Tables and figures must be enclosed to the work in separate files.
  8. References (on a separate sheet) should be numbered consecutively in the order in which they are first cited in the text every item below one another.The information must include:
    • for journals:
    1. authors’  last names and first three authors’ first letters of first names if the number of authors exceeds 6,  and last names and initials of first names of all authors if their number does not exceed 6,
    2. title of work, abbreviation of journal title, year, volume, initial page and last page,
    • for books and corporate works:
    1. last names and first names’ initials of authors of a chapter,
    2. title of the chapter,
    3. title of the book,
    4. last name and first name initial of the editor preceded by the abbreviation Ed.,
    5. name of the publisher,
    6. place and year of edition,
    7. first and last page of the cited chapter.
    References in the text must be identified by numerals in square parentheses according to the sequence established by the first identification in this text.
  9. Works must contain information about the agreement of the relevant Ethical Committee for conducting research.
  10. Units of measurement should be reported in the metric system in terms of the International System of Units (SI), with previous non-SI equivalents added in parentheses. In tables only SI units may be used.
  11. Below the references section the author’s postal and e-mail address must be given to which the work may be referred to for revision and corrections.
  12. The Editor is entitled to make stylistic amendments and introduce abbreviations in the text.
  13. Corrections of works in PDF will be referred to the author’s e-mail address. The revised version should be sent back within no longer than 48.
  14. Depending on the length of the text and space, the journal ActaHaematologicaPolonica may publish paid advertisements and commercials.
